All of skis are made in our Reno, NV USA factory. Owned and operated by Moment Skis. USA made since day one.

Tuesday - Friday 8am - 6pm.

Of course! We offer factory tours Tuesday through Friday 8am - 6pm.

Appointments are necessary for groups larger than 10 people.

Maximum for scheduled tours is 20 people.

We demo skis out of our factory store Tues-Fri 8am-6pm from January to April (snow dependent).

All of our skis come with a stamp printed on the left sidewall of each ski.

The large center triangle is the factory recommended mount point.
It's the location we found skied best during the development of the skis.

If you move the mount point forward the ski will become more turny.

If you move the mount point back the ski will become more sluggish.

The alternate triangles on the sidewall stamp are printed in 1cm increments.

All of our skis come with the recommended bit size stamped on the sidewall.

We recommend a 3.6x9mm mounting bit for most skis, skis with metal (Commander Series) require a 4.1x9mm and an ample amount of waterproof glue in the holes.

We ship all of our skis with a 1.5-degree base edge and 1.5-degree side edge bevel and ceramic polish.

We also de-tune the tip and tails so your skis will perform great right out of the packaging.

We offer free shipping on all orders $450+ in the USA. Shipping rates
vary per country and for order below $450.

You, the customer, are responsible for all duties and taxes for all international orders.

If you think you have an issue please fill out the Contact Form to initiate a warranty claim.

Once we review the email we may have you send the skis back for repair or replacement.

Our warranty policy applies only to products purchased from authorized dealers and is valid for the original purchaser only.

We accept returns for 30 days after the purchase.

Skis must be unmounted and in brand new condition.

We do not offer custom one-off pairs of skis, but will sometimes produce short runs.

We are incredibly busy these days but it never hurts to ask.
