    • This is a general guideline and is only a basic suggestion of the proper size. Where you ski, how you ski, and what skis you've ridden in the past should be taken into consideration.
    • The Wildcat incorporates deep rocker lines and a progressive mount point. This means it skis shorter than many other skis, don't be afraid to size up.
    • If you are still on the fence and ski confidently and aggressively size up. If you ski more conservatively or timidly size down.
    • Beginner assumes a basic understanding of and ability to ski. For those who have never skied or cannot ski down runs without falling we recommend renting/demoing to start.
If you are unsure, have questions, or feel your recommended size is incorrect, please chat, call or email us. We are happy to discuss specific sizing based on your build, skiing style, and existing quiver / past skis.

Full length, knot free, vertically laminated in house. Our unique touring oriented core offers unrivaled energy in an ultralight package. No hollow dead feeling here. The real deal, just light on its feet so you can go back for more.

Extruded sidewalls constructed of modified Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene (ABS) provide stiffness, damping, and durability, which allow for more impact resistance and easier repairs that stay put so you can bring the abuse year after year, season after season.

A combination of custom lighter triaxial and carbon fiber designed to compliment our touring cores makes the uphill easier without sacrificing fun on the way back down.

We use a textured nylon topsheet material enhanced with sublimated graphics‒a non-toxic and eco-friendly alternative to silkscreen. We chose this topsheet material to ensure optimal durability and impact resistance while maintaining crisp and bright graphics.

Skis are tools not treasures and that means they need to take a beating which is why we use carbon infused sintered UHMWPE (Ultra High Molecular Weight PolyEthylene). Harder, faster and with better wax absorption and retention than extruded bases this is the industry leader for performance and longevity.

Rubberized VDS foil is placed at strategic locations throughout the construction to increase bond strength and provide vibration damping for more stability and increased control.

There are only a handful of edge manufacturers in the world. We go straight to the source for the best of the best. We use only 2.2mm Rockwell 48 hardened steel edges. Heat treated additionally in house to ensure you get nothing but the absolute most out of your skis.

These RIP!! Skiied these in blower powder in Canada, and found them super playful, predictable and responsive. They also handled icy and wind crud really well. Light enough for me to be happy doing 6 back-to-back 5k vert days (...and I am not a freak athlete!). Highly recommend.

I absolutely loved riding the Moment Wildcat Tour this winter. With the funky winter weather we had this year I lucked out with this ski. In the moments of deep power I floated like a dream, float that continued through breakable crusts. Even on crusty/icey days these skis were able to hold and keep an edge! A great all around ski! Light enough to make the uphills feel easy, wide enough to float in powder, and solid through the variable condition days.

I finally found my dream ski for touring. These are absolutely amazing. Rip in the pow but still nimble and quick in the trees. Went from the high alpine to have to bushwhack out the bottom in an early November Washington snowpack and they crushed it. I would 1000% buy these again.

My Wildcat Tour 108's have come with me to places like Antarctica, Svalbard, and Japan, as well as countless days in the Tahoe backcountry. These skis charge everything from pow to crud to crust to hardpack and groomers. I feel confident having them on my feet knowing they can handle everything I throw at them -- just an intuitive ski that feels equal parts performance and fun. Would recommend these in a heartbeat as a daily driver touring setup. The cherry on top is that entire crew at Moment treats their customers like part of the family and stands by their products. Don't hesitate.

Fun as h*ll

Impressive how well it skis for its weight. Have struggled in the past finding a good balance between weight and downhill performance and this ski takes the cake. I imagine this is going to my new go to. Do your quiver a favor and ditch your ultralight skis and get a pair of these. Your skiing will thank you later:)

Love these

I’m 5’4 and although ski the 174 deathwish inbounds, a 174 felt a bit much for the backcountry. Luke from moment recommend the 164/108 combo to give me more effective edge but not have to step all the way up to the 174. These are light, fun, wide enough for fun pow, and quick enough for chutes, I paired them with the voyager binding and it’s an epic combo. Thanks moment !!

It Does Everything

I originally got these for touring around central Vermont but also use them now for resort days with fresh snow. They're light, stable, easy to maneuver through tight trees and they just rip.

Wildcat tour vs Deathwish tour

Both are excellent skis and have a very similar feel on the snow. The Deathwish Tour likes to be skied fast and rewards aggressive skiing. It is okay but not very lively at slow speeds. The Wildcat is almost as happy as the Deathwish at higher speed, but is also excellent at slow speeds. The Wildcat has a much wider speed range over which it gives back ideal performance. Pick whichever one matches the reality of your skiing.

Great Choice

These boards are top notch. For a decently light ski they still absolutely rip. I put two resort days on them to test them out and they are super playful, have some pop, and can get up on edge. Plenty light for the backcountry (especially with some Voyager XVI’s...)but can still get after it when needed. Love em!

Very happy with these, turns at a lighting notice.

Purchased as a travel ski that can hit pow at first chair and tour in the same day - very successful with both things. They have a great suspension and skiing at the factory mount felt nimble and natural to me. I would want any other weapon in the tight trees. I've always preferred light and playful skis, these are a whole lotta yes in that department!

These skis rip

Extremely impressed with the performance of these skis, especially at their weight.I was expecting a light ski - which this ski is. I was also expecting the performance of a light ski - nope, this ski rips. I mounted with some ATK FR14s and I can't believe how well this ski does on the downhill. I never expected to describe my touring setup as playful charger but here I am, dropping cliffs and skiing switch on tech bindings with full confidence.I would not hesitate to ski this inbounds on a traditional alpine setup. It's such a damn good ski. So if you're looking for a lighter more playful version of the Wildcat, here's your answer. Cheers moment, you knocked it out of the park on this one.

Purchased the wrong ski

So far my return process is going good. I called a couple of times and did not get a return call and yes it was during the holidays. I sent an email and got an imidiate return and was very helpful. Will wait to see how long it will take to get the new skis in.

Level setting the reviews

I bought the wildcat tour 108 in 184 and mounted shift bindings at the forward mounting point (I think -4 from true center). I am very disappointed in the "pop" of the ski. The ski feels absolutely dead. The plus side is it rips GS type turns and I dont feel like they are getting deflected for a light ski. However, anything I try to jump off they feel absolutely dead to the point I dont feel like Im getting up at all and Im going to go over the handle bars. To verify I brought them inbounds through the keystone jump line and it was to the point it was scary. Is this the ski? Is it the mounting point with the Shift with a large mounting plate? I'm thinking of selling the ski but almost feel guilty like Im selling a car with a bad transmission. I was excited for the twin tip touring option but it seems like anything but a playful freestyle ski, forget about jumping off _______, you will be blasting right through it and your bones and knees will be rattled. Is it possible I just received some duds out of the batch? (Purchased off backcountry.com so might need to post there for a "verified purchase."

Favourite BC ever

Moment have managed to produce the most intuitive and fun backcountry ski I’ve set foot in. Super easy to twist and slide in tight spots with a very generous amount of pop to boot resulting in a fun, playful and nimble ride. A decent amount of stiff backbone through the centre of the ski keeps them tracking when things get ugly. Float surprisingly well in deeper snow for its volume.Very happy to be aboard a progressively mounted, deeply rockered and decently lightweight ski that deals with such a wide variety of conditions with ease.

Speed is your friend.

Love these skis. They are light enough for a day of crushing out laps while providing a floaty, and playful descent. As a 5'8, 140 lb. female I think the 174 is a perfect choice. It doesn't feel too light that I get knocked around, yet I feel like I can maneuver them fairly easily. That being said, they love to go fast and are super responsive and stable at high speeds. Great quiver-killer winter touring ski.

Just buy them already

I have spent the last three seasons with the Bibby as my daily driver resort setup and I wanted that same combination of chargey playfulness in a touring friendly weight. So what does Moment do? They come out with this slimmed down ripper with all the same floatable, carveable, chargeable, poppy all mountain performance that we all know and love. This ski destroys anything in its path and goes back for more. It genuinely doesn't make sense that a ski can rail carves, surf pow, smear when needed, and still feel right in the air but somehow it works. I have it mounted with the CAST system for the closest thing to a true quiver killer I've found yet. Moment makes the best skis in the world period, full stop, end of sentence. If you like to have fun on skis, get a pair

Perfectly balanced and plenty capable

The Tour 108 is one of my favorite touring skis ever - it has all the great aspects of the Wildcat series (huge sweet spot, nimble yet chargy, versatility in every situation), but it trims the weight to what I think is the perfect compromise for a ski you want to haul around all day. Steep or mellow, firm or soft, this ski will allow you to go fast and still be manouverable whatever the conditions.

These skis rip!

I've had 2 days of touring on my 184cm Wildcat Tour 108's and they rip! I ski these with Dynafits and will be using exclusively as a touring setup. They are light and smooth on the uphill, and they ski excellent on the downhill. I was looking for a light touring ski that would have enough rocker to be playful and surfy and rip pow, but also have sufficient camber underfoot for edge hold on steeps. These skis feel like they nail it.
