Wildcat 108

Pow Turns to Spring Slop | The Original Playful Charger

The Wildcat 108 didn’t come to play backup — it came to steal the show. Born under the shadow of its bigger brother, the Wildcat 108 quickly became the go-to weapon for almost the entire athlete team. From cliff drops to hot laps to deep days, the Wildcat 108 thrives in all conditions — quick to pivot, easy to slash, and stable enough to stomp whatever your legs can handle. Deep rocker lines keep it loose, full wood core keeps it stable, and a progressive mount lets you ski it however you like — the Wildcat 108 doesn’t just ask what the day holds, it dares you to find out.

    • This is a general guideline and is only a basic suggestion of the proper size. Where you ski, how you ski, and what skis you've ridden in the past should be taken into consideration.
    • The Wildcat incorporates deep rocker lines and a progressive mount point. This means it skis shorter than many other skis, don't be afraid to size up.
    • If you are still on the fence and ski confidently and aggressively size up. If you ski more conservatively or timidly size down.
    • Beginner assumes a basic understanding of and ability to ski. For those who have never skied or cannot ski down runs without falling we recommend renting/demoing to start.
If you are unsure, have questions, or feel your recommended size is incorrect, please chat, call or email us. We are happy to discuss specific sizing based on your build, skiing style, and existing quiver / past skis.

Mustache Rocker

ingredients

Full length, knot free, vertically laminated in house. Our poplar / ash core provides a unique blend of liveliness and outstanding damping, allowing for playful platforms that charge hard.

Extruded sidewalls constructed of modified Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene (ABS) provide stiffness, damping, and durability, which allow for more impact resistance and easier repairs that stay put so you can bring the abuse year after year, season after season.

A custom blend of triaxial fiberglass and carbon fiber that provides torsional rigidity along with longitudinal pop and composure at speed.

We use a textured nylon topsheet material enhanced with sublimated graphics‒a non-toxic and eco-friendly alternative to silkscreen. We chose this topsheet material to ensure optimal durability and impact resistance while maintaining crisp and bright graphics.

Skis are tools not treasures and that means they need to take a beating which is why we use carbon infused sintered UHMWPE (Ultra High Molecular Weight PolyEthylene). Harder, faster and with better wax absorption and retention than extruded bases this is the industry leader for performance and longevity.

Rubberized VDS foil is placed at strategic locations throughout the construction to increase bond strength and provide vibration damping for more stability and increased control.

There are only a handful of edge manufacturers in the world. We go straight to the source for the best of the best. We use only 2.2mm Rockwell 48 hardened steel edges. Heat treated additionally in house to ensure you get nothing but the absolute most out of your skis.

(Updated) Ski lost structural integrity after 6 ski days. Moments warranty department claims no culpability. Results speak for themselves selves
Would’ve loved to be a return customer but I don’t ever see my self buying anything from moment again much less skis

(Updated)

Moment offered a discount and an additional response after the fact. While don’t intend to support the brand or use it after this whole fiasco I respect that they did something. Still wouldn’t reccomend

A ski that’s pure fun immediately out of the box. The flex and rocker make it very maneuverable and manageable but still hard charging to send chutes and couloirs . It skis fairly short but at 5’7, the 174cm is perfect for skiing trees and even some park laps. Could easily size up for more big mountain. The camber in these skis are very similar or even more poppy than my park skis and make it so much fun to jump and drive through crud. I plan to upgrade to a CAST binding for some touring since they seem like such a fun hybrid ski.

Too good to use now, can't wait for big dumps of snow with no rocks or stones to scratch my new skis! I'm very happy to support local business to me in Reno. My best teacher told me to always support your local community and keep the money in the neighborhood!

Awesome Skis, Better Company

Can’t speak highly enough of these guys. Helped me pick out a set of skis and decided on the Wildcat 108’s. They shipped them out promptly and when I get home excited to unbox them I find an empty box and a picture from FedEx of said empty box. I called moment to ask what I could do, and they immediately rushed out another set in time for my upcoming trip and said they’d fight the battle with FedEx for me. Service was impeccable. But not as great as the skis. Absolutely fell in love with them the first run of the day. To top it off, they are absolutely beautiful. Couldn’t recommend these skis or this company enough! I’d give more stars if I could.

These Cats are Fun!

After years of suggesting my husband get some Moment planks - one could algae I have too many Moment planks (crazy talk!) - he FINALLY took the plunge and gave a few sets at whirl. Little did he realize how much he’d been missing. He now owns and loves the WC108. Super fun in all conditions in the Sierra. Now he barely takes his Stoklis out. I’m a bad (ahem good) influence…

Badass!

They did everything you claimed they would! When I started hitting spring skiing conditions on these it felt like I was an observer in another skiers body! Now it's not just your skis I also put in the work but it shows how a quality set up on the right skier and the correct conditions goes a long way. I will be using these skis for backcoutry and to handle the varible conditions that you get in those Backcountry scenarios. I love the graphics too! I got the space guy and octopus graphics. Love love love it!

My daughter’s first powder skis

I’ve been riding Wildcats since February of 2020 and now my kids are experiencing the awesomeness that these skis offer. I recently made this purchase for my daughter and her first true day on them was during a recent Heli-ski adventure with Ruby Mtn Heli-Ski just last week. The smile on her face from this experience, while riding these ripping skis, was incredible. Wildcats are a true powder ski with enough camber and playfulness to be a daily-driver. My 108’s are my every-day ride and my 116’s are my sure-footed deep pow ski. Keep up the great work Moment!

The Jack of all trades

As a resort employee, I am on my skis 100+ days a season. The wildcat 108 has never let me down, no matter my task at hand. They are stable, predictable, poppy and playful, and the top sheets always garner attention from coworkers and public. Can’t say I’ve found a more balanced platform in the 25+ years on the snow. Don’t hesitate. Buy it. Ski the sh*t out of it. Repeat.

Mid Cats

I'd had a great time on these puppies (kitties?) this winter in Mammoth. I've been lucky enough to catch a few deep days and the WC108's plow through the sierra cement nicely. They are plenty stiff for me to feel confident, while the rocker profile and mount point allows a more playful element to tap into.

WC 108

Best skis I’ve owned so far! Bought these as my report powder skis and couldn’t be happier. These skis are great in pretty much any condition with some soft snow. Super maneuverable in chutes, trees and bumps while offering a good amount of stability for more variable conditions. Definitely feel more lively at higher speeds and want to be skied aggressively. Only place they suffer is in hard pack but that’s to be expected. I’m 5’10 170 lbs and got the 179 cm length, which has been great for tight technical terrain but would consider sizing up to 184 for more flow in deeper snow and stability in open terrain. Overall, amazing skis and won’t be my last pair of moments!

Great skis.

These are my everyday patrol ski here in Colorado. I couldn’t be more happy with how they perform in all conditions. I will say that I wish the top sheet was more durable. It didn’t take long for the top sheet to peel, chip or delaminated.

Wildcat 108s Rip

From demoing drills on the flats for my ski team athletes to traversing and side stepping to farm those last untracked lines, these planks do it all. There is a reason most chairs at the resort are loaded with 2-4 people on Moments and now I know why. Getting the ski up on edge and steering it happens with surprising ease. Did I mention they do it all? They cut through deep wind buff. They are nimble in VW Bug sized icy moguls. They are at home in the steeps, the park, and the side country. The Wildcat is the ski you need to find those portals to an empty mind.

Wildcat 108

I've skied on these for multiple days now and each and every single day is funner than the last. These skis are super playful. Great on powder, moguls, and all sorts of offpiste terrain. 10/10 highly recommend. Bought in 184cm.

Fun Ski

Hard charging chowder chopper with enough float to be a powder. These skis can handle all terrain, and are especially good at high speed and for handling chop.

Fantastic ski

Just got my first three days on the Wildcat 108. I’m stunned by this ski. It handled anything and everything, including boot deep powder, like it was nothing. Float was great, super easy to kick sideways + make pow turns. Strong enough to handle some scraped off moguls. I saw on a review that they are sluggish at low speeds but have a ton of energy once you get some speed going. Can confirm. It’s like the skis were just craving speed so they could come alive. Super thrilled with these, can’t wait to get them out in Tahoe in a few weeks!!

Super fun!

Love these Wildcats! I’ve taken them touring on Mt.Rainer a couple times now and couldn’t be happier!
