- The Countach is a stiff, directional freeride ski with rocker. This means it will be stable at speed while retaining maneuverability and playfulness.
- If you are still on the fence and ski confidently and aggressively size up. If you ski more conservatively or timidly size down.
- Beginner assumes a basic understanding of and ability to ski. For those who have never skied or cannot ski down runs without falling we recommend renting/demoing to start.

I'm so happy with this ski! After a couple years of only owning touring skis and my old Governor 196s, I found myself in the market for a "mellow, "versatile" frontside ski I could take on chill ski trips without busting out the 196cm monster trucks every day or having not that much fun riding tech bindings inbounds. After a solid season of use in Interior BC, the PNW and CA I can safely say that I was right on the versatile part and pleasantly surprised to be wrong on the mellow part. The maneuverability I've found to be awesome in the firm, chalky bumps and steeps I found at Revelstoke this year, but the skis pair that easy initiation with a really stout backbone. Sure I can make euro wiggles and hop down bumps with good technique, but I can still straightline out aprons and ski like a hooligan when I want to as well. The landing platform on drops isn't as confidence inspiring as my Govvys, but if you're in the air a bunch there are lots of better fits in the Moment lineup for you. It's probably the most "normal" ski in the rotation, but it can still rage and doesn't get overpowered, and sometimes it hasn't snowed in two weeks and you still want to party. I got them in the 182s as a bigger 6'1" dude and have been pleased with my choice. They ski longer than most other skis in the catalog.

I’ve always been a one ski quiver kind of guy. Mostly because I’ve been a dirt bag most my life. But also because I love how versatile skis nowadays are. Before these, I was only riding reverse camber 115cm underfoot, excelling on days with fresh. However, those fun skis didn’t perform the way I wanted on those low tide days. I wanted to crush the crap with confidence. These bad boys made me feel like I had a whole new level of confidence in the crust. In fact, that’s where they really performed for me. Even on the days where we had a couple inches of fresh on a couple inches of fresh, they crushed! But since there is a bit of camber (which is partially why I bought them), they sink a little on a true 6”+ powder day. These honestly are my ‘daily drivers’. Flippin’ sweet skis. Love them. Moment skis for life.

I bought a pair of Countach 104's as a gift to myself to celebrate getting back on skis after a 9 month recovery from ACL surgery & so far am loving these skis. Since coming back from surgery, I've had to take it relatively easy, but I've found that these skis make most terrain feel easy & effortless. I started back almost exclusively on groomers the first few days, but the Countaches quickly had me hungering for more. They performed well in a variety of conditions & made the transition to off-piste a breeze. I couldn't believe how easy it was to rip down groomers, quickly getting the confidence push up to 50 mph & feel in complete control. I then found myself taking laps off Headwall, Granite & Silverado (@ Palisades) & again it was effortless, even held an edge well on ice. I can't wait to really charge & see what these bad boys can do! I'd recommend these as a daily driver type ski or for the leftover crud, light powder & carving slot in a quiver. For comparison sake, these are a little less fun & playful than my deathwishes, but I reserve those for deeper days while the Countach has a wider usability range with better performance on hardback & is a little more forgiving on the knees.

I took these out in Mammoth during a snow day of 6-8" of fresh and these beauties plowed and surfed. The next day they were just as good on the crud, strong but not taxing to maneuver. Super fun cutting into the trees as well as staying on piste.

Genuinely the most fun I've ever had on skis. Honestly, might be the most fun I've ever had with my clothes on...or off. The best thing that's ever happened to one (or more) of my body parts. These are TANKS on the downhill, stable and controlled no matter how fast you go, but instantly responsive if you need to scrub speed and incredibly nimble when conditions require it. I was at Snowbird in Utah leaving scorch marks on the groomers (and getting frostbite on my teeth from the perma-grin) when I accidentally flew into a mogul field going Mach 3. My knees wanted to quit but the Countaches refused, and suddenly I was out the other side unscathed. Flawlessly stable and supportive, no matter how stupid you are on the slopes.

I work at a resort and ski everyday the Countach rips. This ski and a powder ski is all you really need. I was skiing a Stockli storm rider 105 and the Countach is every bit of that ski and more.

The Countach 104 is amazing. I had a pair of the Deathwish 104. I liked them but, the triple camber was not for me. Just like Moments description says, the ski feels planted and I felt she never wanted to leave the ground. The Deathwish carves like a beast but, moguls and Freeride were ehhh. The Countach for my riding style is PERFECT. The right amount of hard charging Freeride from the Commander DNA. And the poppy fun of the Wildcat. The Countach has no speed limit, carves well and loves to spin and flip. She can also slarve and smear through moguls. Buy this ski if you want to stomp and win Freeride comps!

These are my go to ski when traveling and can only take one pair with. Because I know they're good in any terrain or conditions. Go thru crud with ease. Easy to get on edge and rip groomers. Plenty of float in powder and manuverable in the trees.Comparable to the Rossignol Sender except the Countach does not have tip chatter when you're going 50+ mph.And remember you can't have a bad day at work if you don't go!

This was my first pair after years of rentals. I ski in the PNW and I’ve only got a few seasons of experience. I was worried these skis would be super stiff and not a beginner/intermediate friendly ski but I was wrong. They rip over anything no matter the conditions. I’m super proud of my purchase and moment quality is second to none. If you’re looking for your first pair of skis definitely give these a go.

This ski absolutely rips... I like to ski fast and hard and so far, this ski is everything I was looking for in a new daily driver. I love a directional ski, and I had it stuck in my head that I needed metal. I realized I didn't.It's stiff enough to crush whatever, with just enough give that when you have to slow down a bit to cruise with your kid or your snowboard buds, it will cut you some slack. They're playful enough to scrub some speed, have enough pop to stomp side hits, and are immediately ready to lay over and railroad some turns. I spent last season using the local Demo program to try out the Commander 102, DW104 , Countach 110, WC 101/108, and have a pair of WC116's... I was unsure which model would win me over and just couldn't decide. The Moment these landed I knew I had found my ski. I am certain I will be on thee for years to come, sliding by with a smile on my face. Do it!

I did the factory demo program for 25/26 season so was able to compare most models and sizes. While I tried some narrow (96) and some wide (112) skis, I was looking for the best all-mountain ski (100-104 width). Out of all the Moment skis the Countach felt the best to me. The deathwish was a close second, but the countach just feels more stable. I wasn't able to try them in any powder (in Tahoe), but in every other condition they're great. Plus, the fact that they're handmade in Reno, NV by a "small" manufacturer makes them extra special. There are very few shops like Moment (non-corporate, local, friendly and helpful, making high-quality American-made products) left in the US.

They just arrived, so I'll let you know what I think when I get them on snow next season. At this point, I can safely say that the artwork on this year's Countach line is a contender for best ski graphic design EVER!

Great Ski. Holds an edge very well on the hard pack and it’s still fast turning. Heavy enough to bust through crud and is a very responsive ski.

In one week I saw deep powder, crud, chutes, moguls, and hard pack. Ski handled all conditions with confidence. Only criticism was chatter on the hard pack. It’s a jack of all trades. If you can only have one ski this is it. Very happy with them. Great customer service from the moment team

This is my fourth Moment ski, and the Countach 104 is the one I’d grab if I could only take one. It’s the travel ski. The unknown-conditions ski.
It’s damp in all the right ways: calm at speed, confident when things get sketchy, but still loose enough to slash, pivot, ski switch, and hit whatever side hit looks like a good idea at the time. Directional without being overpowering. Stable without being dead.
First run out I clocked 72 mph, my fastest ever. Just a ski that stays composed when you let it run, like blasting Electric Wizard through blown speakers: heavy, steady, and completely unbothered by chaos.

The skis feel like a divine intervention. Like they were sent down from the heavens to bless my feet, no matter the conditions.
- Mach 3 down a groomer? No problem
- Carving trenches so deep you could lose a toddler in them? Check
- Accidentally launch yourself into a mogul field? Hell yeah
- Pivoting and slashing through the trees? Easy Peasy.
I have yet to find conditions these skis aren't perfect for. These are the most fun you can have with clothes on.
